Overview
The Financial Services department ensures sound and transparent financial management of the Municipality.
Functions
- Assisting the Municipal Manager to attend to financial affairs of the Municipality
- Budget preparation
- Budget & Treasury Office (BTO) plus Assets
- Development and maintenance of internal control policies and procedures
- Implementation of financial reforms at the direction of the Municipal Manager
- Supply Chain Management.
- Rural Roads Assets Management Grant (RRAMS).
